Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Prioritize tasks, ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met
Coordinate and plan administrative services, such as space requirements, moves, materials, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance and security services.
Supervise and coordinate administrative services and office procedures
Act as organizational liaison between management and employees on wellness issues
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Establish administrative procedures
Establish financial and administrative controls
