The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of projects. He/she coordinates all activities from start to finish of each project, respecting deadlines and budgets, as well as quality and service standards. The incumbent demonstrates excellent technical analytical skills. A skilled communicator and negotiator, he/she must interact with customers, superiors and subordinates to plan, organize and optimize the progress and profitability of demolition projects. A talented manager, he/she knows how to mobilize and lead a team towards the achievement of recognized objectives, while respecting costs and deadlines, worker health and safety, quality standards and industry norms.
