Responsabilities :
As a pharmacist, your main responsibilities will be to:
Analyze user files and validate pharmaceutical prescriptions;
Apply the pharmaceutical care model;
Ensure required follow-ups and promote the appropriate use of medications to users and to those providing health care in the establishment;
Evaluate and ensure the appropriate use of medications in order to detect and prevent pharmacotherapeutic problems;
Actively participate in the department's teaching activities and assume the obligations resulting from its status and the practice rights granted by the council of physicians, dentists and pharmacists.
